Frequently Asked Questions for 125mm Elastic Urethane Castor - Swivel Plate & Brake - 250kg - Stainless Steel Black Nylon Code: BSN50/SF Load per Castor: Bearing Options:19mm Nylon Bushing
How can I write useful feedback after a purchase?
Avoid repeating a promotional claim as if you independently verified it. A review can explain an experience without replacing a request for assistance.
How can I describe a product problem without guessing its cause?
Start with what you directly observed about the issue. Correct your description if new information changes the understanding.
How should I assess customer reviews before making a purchase?
Repeated wording alone does not establish that experiences are independent. Check whether a complaint concerns an option different from the one you selected.
