He works with Mediterranean Italian varietals as they're well suited to the similarly Mediterranean climate and makes delicious, fresh, vibrant low intervention wines that are a pleasure to drink. This is a frothy, aromatic, tangy rascal of a pet nat, one to have a second bottle close by as the first may tumble down.
