This gin has a rich & intense lemon flavor with a luscious oily mouth feel arising from the lemon scented Eucalyptus leaves and macadamia nuts. Coriander seed accentuates the citrus profile and cinnamon adds a touch of soft spice. Best served simply with Fever tree Mediterranean tonic as a G & T or with Lillet Blanc as a martini.
