All Fish Eye Sisters products are specially designed and completely handmade by Jen Manuell in her studio just north of Huntsville

Each cushion features Jen’s hand-dyed wool flannel on the front and plush

~13 inches tall by 18 inches wide

I transfer the dye directly from silk to wool — a method I’ve refined over years of experimentation

Fancy Stitches 3 • 15x22 18" Square Cushions All Fish Eye Sisters products~15 inches tall by 22 inches wide Playfully designed + carefully finished over many hours of meditative hand stitching, this cushion was just as fun to make as it is intricate! Shapes are cut freehand + each arrangement is one of a kind. Layers of stitching are added by hand before the background is free hand quilted (essentially doodling with the machine) + then another layer of stitching + textural elements are added by hand. Handmade at every step.
