The back has a 'Dr. Vic Is In' splatter print. This tee is in great vintage condition. It has a light fade throughout and little to no cracking on the print. No rips, holes, tears or stains found on this one. Anvil tag reads XL but fits like an L XL Measurements Pit to pit: 22 1 2 23" Top to bottom: 29"
