this is a remarkably good Pinot from the Schlossberg that was bottled in December 2021
with 30% of the base wine fermented in oak
It has an exquisite bouquet that is defined and focused
Here too there is a background application of wood that is sufficiently subtle so as to allow the expressive nose of plum
The very steep two-hectare slope is southwest-facing and on clay and siliceous-calcareous soils and yielded 30 hectoliters per hectare in 2017
