Fulton Short - Black Ripstop Size:28 1 3/4” (44mm) of throatWe love the old army fatigue cargo pants, but try and cut them into shorts and they just dont do the job. The Fulton short is our version of what a fatigue cargo short should look like. We eliminated the hand pockets to trim the length, giving a size 32 a 6. 5" inseam. We used a 6. 5oz cotton ripstop which softens nicely and wears in great. At the waist, we added internal nylon webbing with a cam buckle to eliminate the need for a belt and give a more
