Maker's Edition—Damax Oyster Shuckers fillet The tapered handleMade from Alleima's Damax stainless Damascus steel, this oyster shucker is crafted from a premium material rarely used for tools of this kind. A fortunate laser cutting mishap left us with a small quantity of steel offcuts, which we chose to transform into a limited run rather than discard. The blade follows our award winning shucker design, paired with a brass bolster and an alternating black and white micarta handle, finished with a micarta pommel.
