Otherwise there is a really lovely inner mouth perfume to the subtly mineral-inflected flavors that also possess a caressing palate impression on the balanced and lingering finish

The palate is better with welcome flintiness on the entry, more energy and generosity coming through. A peppery touch on the close ensures this finishes on a high.
